“David provided DBA support to over 100 Oracle databases (versions 7, 8i, 9i and 10g) on a wide range of operating systems, ensuring that all the front line databases and services were available to meet the wider business requirements. David was able to implement a number of improvements based on previous experience, to automate various tasks and activities to streamline the operation and he played a key role in developing and delivering a new business process to manage the database life cycle.
